In 21.5 TC I qualified 4th, finished 4th, and had a 4th place car,so is what it is....never quite found the up front speed I needed. The R1 Wurks powered 25.5 was crazy fast all weekend, taking the TQ in this class as well. The start didn't go as planned and a body tuck ensued, taking me out of the running before lap one was over. Big thanks to all who support...1up Racing, KM Motorsports, RCAmerica, RC Discharger, RI Wurks and DaddyPhat Designs for the race paint.
Lots of work now to prepare for the west coast nationals next weekend at Finishline RC Raceway.

Finals day this morning, had Q5 of Nitro Buggy this morning and had a good run to take the overall TQ!
Then had the triple A-mains of EP, made life for myself harder then qualifying but was able to get the win in A1, some driver errors in A2, came back towards the end finishing 3rd less then 1 second away from the lead. Then in A3 was just about hanging on and got lucky 🍀 to be able to take the win 🥇 , good racing with Jarod Ment RC Racing and Zac Foster RC.
Finished the day off with the 45 minute nitro main. Drove a bit better than I did in the EP mains but just wasn’t able to hold on to Zac who drove an awesome main, well deserved! Was able to bring it home in 2nd 🥈 with fastest lap. Glad to be able to finish the main after having an engine bearing give up throughout the run and glow plug element was missing after the main 🙈😅
Slowly but surely getting more comfortable with the eighth scale cars, both my Team Associated #RC8B4.1 & #RC8B4.1e were solid. Ebuggy equipped with #TeamEAM 7700mAh packs and #HobbywingPower 1900KV motor and PowerHD #S35 servos. Both cars rolling around on JConcepts #Reflex and S15 bodies!
Thanks to the Canberra Off Road Model Car Club for another great event, track came up a treat with a nice groove like usual and thanks to the people at the canteen for the food 👌
