At RC Discharger, we stand behind the quality and performance of our Regenerative Dischargers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any new, unused, and unaltered item purchased from us within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. It must be free of any signs of wear, use, or installation.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all protective foams and inserts.

  • Included Items: All original accessories, manuals, and any bundled items must be returned with the product.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item does not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us for an RMA: Before sending your item back, please contact our customer support team at support@rcdischarger.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your original order number and the reason for your return in your email.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box, including all accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write on the product’s original packaging.

  3. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. We may require photos or video of the damage to process your claim.
